1. Digital Nature of Goods

All items sold on our platform are digital goods (CS2 skins) delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the transaction is completed and the item is delivered.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once downloading or streaming has begun, provided the consumer has acknowledged this.

By purchasing a digital item on our website, you expressly agree that:

Delivery begins immediately upon payment.

You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right.

No refund will be issued unless required by law or due to a proven technical fault on our end.

3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional situations:

Duplicate payment (e.g., accidental double charge).

Technical error on the part of OKARIN SOLUTIONS LIMITED preventing delivery of the purchased item.

Unauthorised transaction proven through a valid dispute with the payment processor (e.g., PayPal or card issuer).

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at info@skin-tiger.com with full transaction details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Accidental purchases.

Items mistakenly sent to the wrong Steam account.

Losses due to third-party account breaches or Steam bans.

User’s failure to comply with trade delivery requirements (e.g., trade ban, wrong trade URL).

5. Chargebacks

Any attempt to issue a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in:

Permanent ban from the platform.

Reporting to relevant payment providers and legal authorities.

Retention of documentation proving delivery and user agreement to Terms of Service.
